Borno State SABER Year 4 Stakeholders Engagement

Real reform conversations happen when everyone in the room has a say. That’s exactly what unfolded at our recent SABER engagement with Borno State stakeholders. Under the World Bank assisted State Action on Business Enabling Reforms (SABER) programme, we brought together representatives from Borno State’s business-related ministries, departments and agencies for a session built on exchange, not just presentation. Questions were raised, positions were tested, and priorities were sharpened together. That kind of back-and-forth is where alignment actually happens, and where reforms start to take root.
